Welcome to Lusso Worldwide, a premier provider of Private Car, Limousine, and Executive Bus Services. We are committed to offering you the highest standard of transportation services with luxury, comfort, and reliability. This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs the services provided by Lusso Worldwide for airport transfers, point-to-point car services, stretch limousine, and charter bus transportation, among others. By booking a reservation through our website or with our staff, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement and acknowledge your registration as a Lusso Worldwide traveler.

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted online and included in future reservation confirmations. Continued use of our services following these revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please refrain from using our services. Existing signed contracts will remain unchanged and are not subject to new terms unless a new agreement is signed.

This Agreement incorporates additional policies, which are also available on our website. Please review them thoroughly before booking.

Compliance
Lusso Worldwide enforces strict compliance with state and federal laws. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol consumption by individuals under the legal drinking age (21). The transport of contraband or illegal substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Our chauffeurs have the right to search passengers' bags, and any violations of these policies will result in immediate termination of the service, with the client responsible for alternative transportation arrangements.

We also prohibit travel on unpaved roads. Our chauffeurs have the ultimate discretion to avoid dangerous or inaccessible routes. If the pickup or drop-off location is unreachable by paved roads, the client is responsible for reaching the vehicle.

Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption in Lusso Worldwide vehicles is not permitted unless prior approval is granted by our management. Requests for alcohol consumption will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Liability
Lusso Worldwide is not responsible for injuries caused by horseplay or personal belongings left in the vehicle. The person who books the service is responsible for their guests' behavior. If any policies are violated, we may terminate the service without refund, and the client will be held responsible for any damages incurred, including but not limited to:

  • $500 per damaged seat

  • $200 per damaged carpet

  • $500 per damaged mirror

  • $150 for extensive cleanup

  • $250 per act of vandalism

  • $1,000 for opening a vehicle door into another vehicle or object

In addition, damage to flat-screen TVs will incur a minimum replacement fee of $400.

Guarantee
While Lusso Worldwide guarantees the quality of its vehicles, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles in case of emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents, without additional charges to the client. We strive to ensure timely service, but unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or traffic delays, may affect the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant delays or changes.

Disputing Charges / Terminated Rides
If a charge dispute arises, a $25 fee will be charged for each disputed transaction. If Lusso Worldwide is found to be in the right, the dispute fee will apply. By accepting our services, you forfeit the right to dispute charges for rides terminated due to prohibited actions.

Deposits, Cancellations & Service Fees
Gratuity is not included in the fare. It is at your discretion to give the driver a tip, either directly or pre-set in advance.

Rates / Service Fees
Our pricing is based on zone rates, and an 18% service charge will be applied to all services. Additionally, a fuel surcharge (3%-25%) will apply based on current fuel prices. Hourly trips require a minimum of 4 hours, and for larger buses, a 5-hour minimum is required.

Child Safety Seats & Pet Travel
A $15 fee will be charged for each child safety seat, and clients are responsible for securing the seats. Pets incur a $15 fee per pet, and they must remain in carriers during the trip.

Early Bird & Red Eye Reservations
Reservations made during specified hours (11:00 pm - 1:00 am and 4:00 am - 5:59 am) will incur an additional charge of $10, with higher charges for later hours.

Holiday Travel & Cruise Port Access
Holiday bookings will incur an additional $15 fee. Ports of entry will also have access charges, ranging from $30 to $60 depending on the vehicle type.

Wait Time & Extra Stops
Complimentary wait time is 15 minutes for residential and hotel pickups, 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, and 60 minutes for international arrivals. Extra wait times and stops will incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following policies:

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup for sedans and SUVs incur a 75% charge.

  • Cancellations within 6 hours of scheduled airport transfers incur the full charge.

  • For hourly bookings, cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge; within 3 days, 75%; and within 24 hours, 100%.

No Shows & Refund Policy
No-shows will be charged the full service fee. If a reservation cannot be processed electronically, reimbursements will be issued via check.

By signing this contract, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. Lusso Worldwide reserves the right to charge the provided credit card for any applicable fees, including damage fees, overtime, or additional charges as outlined above.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours after the service completion to address any concerns.
